Marlinyu Ghoorlie Aboriginal Corporation (MGAC) represents the Karlamaya Karlaku Kapurn Traditional Owners, who were formally recognised in 2025 as holding native title rights across more than 89,000 square kilometres of Western Australia’s Goldfields region. This area includes Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Coolgardie, Kambalda, Mukinbudin and Southern Cross.

MGAC is responsible for managing Aboriginal cultural heritage matters on behalf of its members. This includes facilitating heritage surveys and negotiating agreements with companies operating within their traditional lands. The Corporation also delivers a digital Cultural Awareness Training program for industry and the public sector, supporting greater understanding of culture and providing a meaningful welcome to Country.

Operating in the interests of its members, MGAC invests in community-based initiatives, grant programs, and economic development opportunities. The organisation is guided by Karlamaya Karlaku Kapurn Elders and is committed to supporting their leadership and ongoing role within the community.
